Abstract:
A comprehensive systems level understanding of cell signaling networks requires methods to efficiently assay multiple signaling species at the level of single cells responding to a variety of stimulation protocols.

Materials & Methods:
A glass-bottom 96-well plate (Mattek Corporation Ashland MA) was coated with 0.1% gelatin for 30 min. then rinsed with low serum medium.
