Abstract:
The activity of the cystic fibrosis (CF) transmembrane conductance regulator (CFTR) can be mediated by surface G protein–coupled receptors such as the β2-adrenergic receptor.

Materials & Methods:
The airway serous cells were cultured at 37ºC under a 5% CO2 atmosphere on Petriperm dishes (Vivascience Palaiseau France) or on glass bottom dishes (MatTek Ashland USA)
