Materials & Methods:
RNA interference: HeLa cells were plated overnight on 35mm dishes with glass coverslip bottoms (MatTek Corp. MA) and transfected with lipofectamine 2000 (Invitrogen) and 50nM siRNA according to the manufacturer’s protocol.
