Materials & Methods:
Stable cell lines were generated using Effectene transfection reagent (Qiagen)/pCoHygro selection system (Invitrogen) and plated on 0.5mg/ml conA-coated glass-bottom dishes (MatTek) for 1hr prior to observation.
