Materials & Methods:
Mouse C2C12 myoblasts were cultured as described previously (19). For live cell analysis cells were seeded onto either one-well LabTek chambers (Nalge Nunc International Rochester NY) or glass-bottom dishes (MatTek Ashland MA).
