Abstract:
The regulation of intracellular localization of AFX a human Forkhead transcription factor was studied. AFX was recovered as a phosphoproteinfrom transfected COS-7 cells growing in the presence of FBSand the phosphorylation was eliminated by wortman

Materials & Methods:
CHO-K1 cells transfected with AFX-GFP or its mutants were spread onto glass-bottom culture dishes (MatTek Ashland MA) and maintained for at least 16 h before observation.
