HeLa cells (4 105) on 35-mm poly-Dlysine- coated glass bottom dishes (Mattek) were cotransfected with plasmids expressing CFP-fused and unfused Lck–Gag at a 1:1 ratio either alone or along with 200 ng of pCR3.1/YFP–WWP1–WW.
