Abstract:
Va14Ja18 natural T (NKT) cells play an immunoregulatory role which is controlled by a self glycolipid(s) presented by CD1d.Although the synthetic antigen -D-galactosylceramide (-D-Gal-Cer) stimulates all Va14Ja18 NKT cells -anomeric D-glycosylcer

Materials & Methods:
Cells (5 106) were plated in glass-bottom microwells (MatTek) and incubated overnight at 37°C to allow the cells to adhere to the wells.
