Abstract:
In most human breast cancer cell lines there is a direct correlation between their in vivo invasive phenotypes and in vitro invasionactivities. Here we found that ADP-ribosylation factor 6 (Arf6) islocalized at the invadopodia of the cultured breast

Materials & Methods:
Coating of glass-bottomed dishes (MatTek Ashland MA) with the fluorescence-conjugated gelatin and the subsequent crosslinking of the gelatin with 0.5% glutaraldehyde were performed as described (12).
