Materials & Methods:
For time-lapse analysis cells were grown in poly-D-lysine coated 35-mm glass-bottom microwell dishes (MatTek) and treated in 3 ml of DMEM (GIBCO) supplemented with 10% FCS/20 mM Hepes pH 7.3/2 mM L-glutamine/200 mg/ml penicillin/100 mg/ml streptomycin
