Abstract:
Glyceryl prostaglandins (PG-Gs) are generated by the oxygenationof the endocannabinoid 2-arachidonylglycerol by cyclooxygenase2.

Materials & Methods:
RAW264.7 cells were plated on 35-mm poly(D)-lysine-coated MatTek dishes (MatTek Ashland MA).
