Materials & Methods:
The cells were resuspended in neurobasal medium containing B27 supplements 1% glutamine 1% penicillin/streptomycin 25 mM glucose and 25 mM KCl and seeded in poly-D-lysine/laminin-coated chamber slides (Becton Dickenson) or dishes (MatTek).
