Abstract:
Alefacept is a chimeric protein combining CD58 immunoglobulin-like domain 1 with human IgG1 Fc.

Materials & Methods:
Glass-bottomed observation dishes (MatTek Inc. Ashland MA) were cleaned thoroughly with a 2:1 mixture of concentrated sulfuric acid and 30% hydrogen peroxide prior to use.
