Abstract:
ap1 and Ras are closely related GTPases that share some effectors but have distinct functions.

Materials & Methods:
Cells to be examined by fluorescence microscopy were plated at 2 105 per plate into 35-mm dishes containing a glass coverslipcovered 15-mm cutout (MatTek) and transfected the next day.
