Materials & Methods:
Cells were plated (0.5 hemisphere per dish) onto glass-bottom 35 mm dishes (Mattek Ashland MA) previously coated with a mixture of poly-D-lysine (0.5 mg/ml) and laminin (4 mg/ml).
