Abstract:
In the bovine corpus luteum (CL) phosphorylation of myristoylated alanine-rich C kinase substrate (MARCKS) protein in response to prostaglandin F2a (PGF2a) is correlated with the secretion of oxytocin.

Dispersed luteal cells (106 cells/dish) from each of four heifers were cultured in glass-bottom dishes (MatTek Ashland MA) for 24 h before transfection.
