Materials & Methods:
Mouse fibroblasts (3T3-Swiss albino ATCC number CCL-92) were grown asynchronously at 37°C and 5% CO2 in the bottom-glass dishes (Mat Tek Ashland MA) containing Dulbecco’s modified Eagle’s medium with 10% calf serum.
