Biofilms were grown overnight in TSBG in 35-mm collagen-coated
glass coverslip-bottom dishes (MatTek Co. Ashland MA). The following day
the media were removed and the biofilm was washed once in H2O. All confocal
images were obtained at the Harvard Microscopic Technique
