Abstract:
Mouse CD1d1 molecules present endogenous glycolipids to NKT cells. Although glycolipid presentation requires CD1d1 transportthrough the endocytic pathway the processing requirements for such endogenous Ag presentation by CD1d1 molecules areundefined.
