Abstract:
A classical nuclear localization signal (NLS)-containing protein is transported into the nucleus via the formation of a NLS-substrate/importin / complex. In this study we found that importin migrated into the nucleus without the addition of importin R Keywords:

HeLa cells or Madin±Darby bovine kidney (MDBK) cells were incubated
in DMEM (Sigma) supplemented with 10% heat-inactivated fetal bovine
serum (FBS) and penicillin/streptomycin (100 IU/ml and 100 mg/ml
