Materials & Methods:
Neurons for intracellular Zn2+ imaging experiments were prepared similarly and plated on 35-mm glass-bottom dishes (MatTek Ashland MA) coated with poly-D-lysine:laminin (100 ng/ml: 4 ng/ml).
