Materials & Methods:
To induce differentiation 50 ng/ml 7S nerve growth factor (NGF Invitrogen) in complete culture medium with a serum level reduced to one-eighth was applied to PC12 cells fixed on a poly-L-lysine-coated glass-bottom dish (MatTek).
