Materials & Methods:
Epithelial cell cultures. Experiments were conducted in accordance with an approved animal use protocol that adhered to practices in the National Institutes of Health Guide for the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals under the supervision of the University of Virginia Animal Care Advisory Committee.
