Materials & Methods:
Cell localization of SR proteins was also determined by immuno-fluorescent microscopy. MCF-7 or LNCaP prostate cancer cells were cultured on poly-D-lysine coated 35mm glass bottom dishes (MatTek Corporation Ashland MA). After undergoing siRNA transfection or other treatment the cells were recovered over 24-48 hours depending on the cell type and cultured to approximately 50% confluency.
