Abstract:
Key to invasiveness is the ability of tumor cells to modify the extracellular matrix becomemotile and engage in directed migration towards the vasculature. One significant proteinassociatedwith metastatic progression is membrane-type 1 matrix metall

Materials & Methods:
Wild-type zebrafish (Danio rerio) and knym119 mutant lines were maintained under standard laboratory conditions. Embryos were collected from natural matings reared at 28.5 °C and staged according to age and morphology as described [25].
