Materials & Methods:
Cell lines and reagents. The human cell line HEK-293T was modified to express GPR54 with an-N-terminal Myc epitope tag by transfection with a pcDNA3.1 construct (Invitrogen Carlsbad CA) as previously described (Navenot et al. 2005).
