Abstract:
Here we examined the effects of various sulfonylureas and a short-acting insulin secretagoguenateglinide on oxidative stress and apoptosis using the β-cell line MIN6.

Materials & Methods:
For experiments the cells were placed into glass-bottom culture dishes (MatTek Ashland MA) and cultured in DMEM containing 15% FBS and 25 mmol/L glucose.
