Abstract:
To demonstrate that leukocyte adhesion to culturedcorneal endothelial cells is mediated by the CD18antigen and to determine whether dexamethasone directlysuppresses adhesion by inhibiting activation ofnuclear factor kappa B (NFkB).

BCE were cultured in 35-mm glass-bottomed culture dishes (MatTek Ashland MA)
