Abstract:
TO demonstrate that interferon-y (IFN-y) is the key cytokine responsible for the upregulationof HLA-DR antigen in conjunctival epithelial cells of Sjogren syndrome (SS) patients.

Materials & Methods:
ChWK were seeded in glass-bottomed culture dishes (MatTek Ashland MA) at a concentration of 1 X l()5 cells/ml overnight
