Abstract:
To determine effects of -dicarbonyl modification ofan extracellular matrix protein on retinal capillary pericyteattachment and viability.

Materials & Methods:
BRPs (2 104) were seeded on 100 M MGO- or 50 M GO-modified FN or on unmodified FN in glass-bottomed microwell dishes (MatTek Corp. Ashland MA).
