Abstract:
We have previously observed that high-risk human papillomavirus (HPV) type 16 (HPV16) E7 expression leads to the delocalization of dynein from mitotic spindles (Nguyen C.L. McLaughlin-Drubin M.E. and Munger K. 2008. Canc. Res. 68: 8715-22.)

Keywords:
Human papillomavirus; E7 oncoprotein; NuMA; Mitosis; Genomic Instability

Materials & Methods:
~2x106 3 cells were plated on poly-L-lysine coated coverglass bottom dishes (MatTek Ashland 4 MA CatNo. P35GC-1.5-14-C) 26 hours prior to imaging.
